As the younger sibling I felt my older brother was the best anyone could ever be. He was and continues to be one of my role models. Since he has always been someone I looked up to, as a child I would copy everything he'd do. He played with cars, I'd leave my dolls and play with his cars as well. As the years passed his music taste influenced mine heavily. His favorite artist quickly developed into my favorite artist. Although with time some of these faded but there's one artist who I stuck with and never let go of. 

Christopher Maurice Brown, an American singer, songwriter, and actor. He is best known as Chris Brown or by his nickname Breezy. He has a total of 10 studio albums along with countless awards including a Grammy Award, eighteen BET Awards, four Billboard Music Awards, 14 Soul Train Music Awards and much more. 

Breezy has reached two #1 hits on the billboard throughout his career (Run it & Kiss Kiss). According to Billboard he is one of the most successful R&B singers of his generation, "King of R&B".

What most caught my eye was Breezy's performances. The way that he truly puts all of his energy and just so much thought into the choreography for his concerts. Most performers stick to only singing, since it is a lot. However, Breezy goes that extra step to simultaneously sing and perform for his fans, every performance continues to leave me in awe. 

I have many favorite songs of his but I would have to say that the one that surpasses all of them is Forever. It may be that it was one of the first songs of his that I ever listened to that makes it so special. The song Forever can get me from being sad or down to being super happy and hyped. As soon as the intro begins I turn up the volume as much as possible... if you're driving next to me I'm sure you'd hear it so clearly that you could sing along as well. 

All of his music I feel has just such a "vibe". Even himself from what is seen through his performances, interviews and more he seems like such a laid back & friendly person.

He just finished a tour "Under the Influence" in which he brought back many of his older songs... OH how I would've loved to be there (Forever was performed!) Definitely not missing the next tour.

3rd Artist (R&B)

SZA The artist's full name is Solana Imani Rowe. However, her artist name is SZA ( SIZZ-uh). SZA's music has recently come back up to the public's eye after releasing her newest album "SOS ". "SOS'' has been at the top of the Billboard 200 for seven consecutive weeks. Thus makes it the longest #1 released in 2022. Not only this but the the album itself has spent more total weeks as #1 than any other album released by a female artist since 2020 by Taylor Swift. As well as the first R&B album to be for the first seven weeks as #1 since 1987 by Whitney Houston.  SZA has recently been getting a lot of hate due to her pronunciation and wording in certain songs. She made it clear that she knew this wouldn't be an easy life. As even though she makes music for everyone to enjoy, there's always people trying to tear her down. 5th Artist (Reggaeton)

Karol G I first began listening to Karol G due to her relationship with well known artist Anuel AA a puerto rican rapper. Their relationship hit hoe with many and we couldn't be happier for them. Everyone thought they would last forever and even create a family together. However after being together for two years the artist took a split. All of their memories, songs, and even matching tattoos.   Nonetheless these two artist continued to work through their heartbreak and make amazing music for their fans. Karol G recently released a new alb um  “Mañana Será Bonito”    with a start of 60 songs but was later able to reduce the album to a total of 16 songs. Through this album Karol G express her journey of recovering from this past relationship who she too felt was forever.
